We've simplified our donation classification for your convenience. Articles are now categorized into three clear groups: 'Essential for Donation,' 'Optional to Include,' and 'Do Not Send'. This straightforward system enhances transparency in the sorting process, empowering you to make eco-conscious decisions. Upon receiving your new home box from UGOBEL, you'll discover a detailed 'Content List' inside. This list meticulously categorizes each article, ensuring a seamless donation experience.

  • ESSENTIAL

    These are essential items that must be sent when you decide to donate your bundle. For instance, in the Premium Bundle, Of the total 40 listed articles; 10 may fall into this category. Returning these 10 articles ensures you're eligible for the fixed 10% discount code, which you or your friend can use for the next order.

  • OPTIONAL

    These are articles originally purchased from UGOBEL. They don't add to your donation value, but if you're sure the condition is good for reuse and feel that they can be used by the next person, you can add them to the donation list.

  • DO NOT SEND

    These items aren't eligible for donation. They may include disposable or perishable products or personal hygiene items. We encourage responsible disposal or recycling methods for these articles to minimize their environmental impact.

  • Glass or ceramic articles like tea cups and plates come under this category

  • Articles like dishwashing liquid and body lotion come under this category

DONATION PROCESS

When you decide it's time to move from your current home and no longer need the household articles you've acquired, follow these simple steps:

Purchased from UGOBEL

To qualify for our donation option, the item must have been initially purchased from Ugobel. To be eligible for free shipment, the order must not be older than 12 months. If it's beyond 12 months, you can send the articles directly to us. We take back items in the category list 'Essential’ and ‘Optional’.

Contact Us

When you're ready to donate your used item, simply reach out to us via email or our website. Provide details of the product you wish to donate, including your name, previous invoice, or customer number. Our service team will provide you with the shipping label.

Shipping

Once you have received the shipping label from us, you can simply drop the package at the closest packing station of your choice.

Evaluation

Our team will review your request and assess the condition of the item. As long as it meets our donation bundle criteria, it will be passed on to the next person as Donation Bundle. If not, it will be shredded and sent to the recycling companies for sustainable disposal.

As a token of appreciation for your donation and involvement in social responsibility, we offer a 10% discount on your next purchase with UGOBEL. You can also share this discount with your friends or family so they can benefit too and be a part of the circular economy.
