Condition of Items: Items eligible for donation must be in usable condition, free from significant damage, stains, or defects beyond normal wear and tear. UGOBEL reserves the right to assess the condition of items upon return.

Donation Process: To initiate the donation process, customers must contact UGOBEL through the specified channels provided on the website or via contact Formular. Upon approval, UGOBEL will send a shipping label, which the customer can use to pack and drop the package at the nearest packing station.

Discount Offer: As a token of appreciation for your donation and involvement in social responsibility, we offer a 10% discount on your next purchase with UGOBEL. This discount can also be shared with friends or family.

Exclusions: Certain items may be excluded from the donation option based on their condition, age, or other factors determined by UGOBEL. Customers will be notified of any excluded items during the donation process.

Discretion: UGOBEL reserves the right to refuse the donation option to any customer or reject any items deemed unsuitable for donation, at its sole discretion.
